TWELVE (12) FINALISTS WILL
MAKE ORAL PRESENTATIONS
15 MINUTES PRESENTATION PLUS
5 MINUTES FOR QUESTIONS
FACTS:
* Student competitors do not have to be ASEE members.
* The competition's goal is to have the broadest possible
representation
from member institutions.
* Cash prize awards for top presentations: 1st-$500; 2nd-$300;
3rd-$200 and
honorable mentions.
* Team project can designate one presenter or more.
* Good projects are those that are unique in nature and lend
themselves to
being presented orally,
supported by audio- visual
materials, and/or
demonstration, and report.
* The effectiveness of the presentation and report are keys to
reaching
award status.
* Winners will be selected based on the 20 minute presentation and
report.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS:
Prospective authors are invited to submit three copies
of their draft paper (about 5 pages - single space, font size
of 10 to 12) to H. R. Arabnia by the due date (who may be
forwarding the papers to respective conference
chairs/committees).
E-mail & Fax submissions are also acceptable.
The length of the Camera-Ready papers (if accepted) will be
limited to 7 (IEEE style) pages. Papers must not have been
previously published or currently submitted for publication
elsewhere. The first
page of the draft paper should include:
title of the paper, name, affiliation, postal address, E-mail
address, telephone number, & Fax number for each author. The first
page should also include the name of the author who will be
presenting the paper (if accepted) & a maximum of 5
keywords.
