Good C Books
- The C Programming Language, 2nd edition, by Brian W. Kernighan and Dennis M. Ritchie, Prentice Hall, ISBN 0-13-110362-8. For experienced programmers, this is the best programming book ever written!
- C, How to Program, 2nd edition, by H. M. Deitel and P. J. Deitel, Prentice Hall. A very good, if lengthy, book, both for experienced programmers and for beginners.
- Learn C Now, by Augie Hansen, Microsoft Press, ISBN 1-55615-130-6. For those with little or no programming experience, possibly the most user friendly introduction to C ever.
