Introduction:

   This project uses the techniques from Project 2 to produce a spectacular 
image, the Mandelbrot set!  This project does not use smoothing, but it does 
use the pixel array and createImage technique in spades.

Detailed Specifications:

  1.  Do Bradley Kjell's CS 423 Fall 1998 Program #3, Mandelbrot Set, as handed 
out in class.  Ammend the "What to turn in section" to make it consistent with 
the general instructions below.
