Problem 2. Textbook, page 290 Programming project 5.40 (the PIG game). Note that 
this game makes use of class PairOfDice from Programming  project 4.7, page 204.

NOTE that this homework is 10 points worth twice as much as previous homeworks, 
suggesting that you will need at least twice as much time for it. Plan accordingly.
