Tiger OCR System, Ver. 2.0 (Apr. – Sep. 1993). This optical character recognition system was developed at the Institute of System Analysis, Russian Academy of Sciences, and commercially distributed by Cognitive Technologies, Ltd., the Moscow branch of Cognitive Technology Corp., Larkspur, CA, now Cognitive Enterprises. Responsibilities: Layout algorithm, mouse interface, debugging of the recognition module.
