Examines IT management from the practical, technical and theoretical aspects
of information systems. Introduces information systems concepts and

behavioral issues are examined.

Examines effective methods for competitive advantage through information
systems and methods for sustainable payoff of IT. Impact of
information technologies/systems on conducting business in a dynamic, global
environment including sourcing options, virtual community and work patterns.
